THE THEORIES

MAX WINTER is  RED JOHN. RED JOHN SHADOW IN SEASON 1 REPRESENTS HIS  " SPIRIT" , RED JOHN  PLAYING THE ROLE AS THE GRIM REAPER IN SEASON 2 WHEN HE HELPED JANE AND MENTION THE TYGER TYGER  REPRESENTS HIS  "SOUL/MIND" AND IN SEASON 3 HE WAS  PRESENTED IN  " BODY/FLESH"  FOR THE 1ST TIME IN THE PICTURE . SO PUT IT TOGETHER ( SPIRIT,SOUL and BODY): THIS IS THE MANNER IN WHICH  GOD MADE MAN , REMEMBER THE CLUE " HE IS MAN"  AND THE POEM TYGER TYGER SPEAKS  OF GOD DIVINITY IN THE CREATION OF THE TYGER AND WHICH ALSO GOES TOGETHER WITH A NEXT POEM THE LAMB . THEY CANT DO WITH OUT EACH OTHER, THERE CO-EXSISTANCE IS WHAT KEEPS THE BALANCE IN LIFE. HENCE  JANE THE "LAMB'' AND  RED JOHN THE "TYGER" THEY NEED EACH OTHER TO KEEP BALANCE AND ORDER IN THE LIFE CYCLE. SO THE CLUE TO WHO RED JOHN IS ? WELL ITS UP TO YOU BUT HIS 1ST APPEARENCE WAS SOMEWHERE IN SEASON THERE. MY BEST BET AN I HAVE MY FINDINS FOR SAYING SO IS THAT  'RJ' IS EITHER  WALTER MASHBURN OR  MAX WINTER , ONE OUT OF THOSE TWO. WATCH AN U WILL SEE.

To the people who are saying RJ is not on the list, the list is a trick, Heller was crafty with his words, etc. Let me remind you of his COMPLETE comment

"Yes, we can trust that list. As much as much as Red John has been one step ahead, Lorelei Martins’ intervention changed the game. So as much as Red John is trying to play from a position of strength in reality Jane has gotten a lot closer. This last episode of the season really sets us up for next season: The hunt is on, no messing about...... Up until now if you’re comparing it to Moby Dick, which is one of the analogies I used to describe the length of the chase, next season the whale has been sighted and they’re in the small boats and chasing the whale. It’s much faster paced, more thrilling, more action, more surprises. We’ll still be delivering those mysteries every week. But just as you see with the last episode of the season, there’s no more tracking and more chasing." is that convincing enough?

Since people are asking why RJ would hire a sloppy PI when he could have used his sources to bug CBI, and thus eliminating Bertram, Haffner, etc as suspects because they had access to bug the CBI, my theory is, maybe RJ wanted the PI to be caught. He had convinced her that Visualize was hiring her. Maybe he was trying to create a rift between Visualize and Patrick. But then Patrick talked to Cooper and figured it out. RJ being a Visualize member found out about it. He rushed to kill her before she would identify him. He had limited time and so he couldn't make sure she was dead.
Also, maybe RJ did, murder her in a trench coat like he usually does. Maybe he met her at the gym when he was working out in a vest maybe, and that's when she had seen the tattoo. RJ didn't expect her to pay attention, or that anyone would find out it was him, not Visualize, so he wasn't extra careful. What do you guys think?

To the people who think that RJ and the Tiger Tiger organization are against each other, what's your take on Reed Smith murdering Kirkland then? Why did he kill the guy who was investigating his enemy? It's not like Kirkland was a threat to them, he didn't know about the organization, Smith himself told him before he killed him. So why kill him, if not for RJ?

There is theory about Bob Kirkland's twin to have murdered Lennon and of even being RJ overall.
Come on, Bob Kirkland was the one that killed Lennon, not his twin brother. If you recall, right before he killed him, he asked him "do you know me?", which was the exact same question e asked the people he tortured at 6x05. What was he looking for, assuming he was the twin, himself??And when he did not get what he wanted from Lennox he killed him, just like he did or intented to do at 6x05.
He was sencere to PJ when he said that he was looking for his brother near RJ.And he was killed because he knew about the Tiger-Tigers...
