THE THEORIES

"Dinner is in the Oven", ;). The Red John smiley, with Red John's Handwriting!. Isn't that tough for Jane to do a handwriting match with the suspects?. He could even predict the man from the handwriting for god's sake! A flaw in script perhaps?. Well, so is the RJ's voice.

Pigeon "man/lady" sitting on the bench, feeding the pigeons while Lisbon and Jane are talking about RJ in the latest episode. This is not the first time birds are featured, pigeons in particular. & rewatch that section, it's too odd. The camera zooms in on the hands and the shoes of the Pigeon lady. The time frame seems to be after the meeting with Bertram, Smith, and McCallister; therefore, I believe it's got to be... Stiles!

I think Bret Stiles started out as Red John and has been grooming Ray Haffner to take over. In a recent interview, Robin Tunney joked that it couldn't be Stiles because Malcolm McDowell earns too much as an actor. But Red John could be revealed and killed in one episode. McDowell could easily mimic RJ's voice. Who else is like Jane: brilliant and charismatic, a showman, with a sense of humor and a desire for revenge.

Stiles is charming enough to entrance both women and men, even at his age. Ray is also handsome and charming, and he could do some of the more strenuous work.

Brett Partridge might have been killed because he stumbled upon some important clue. Those who got together in 6:02 may be Visualize members who suspect Stiles but don't have the evidence to take him down.

I've reread "The Tyger" and it has so much to do with understanding how killers can exist in the natural world. It seems like RJ might be someone who truly has spiritual beliefs.

The poem also talks so much about who could have created such a monster. At first, RJ seemed to be a serial killer of women, at least one of whom was raped. He is more likely to kill men when they anger him or get in the way. Is there some secret about his childhood that made him a sociopath/psychopath?

I agree with others that there has to be a reason that RJ has not killed Lisbon or anyone else on her immediate team since he clearly has no problem killing others who matter to PJ.

Not really but I had to "choose".
I think Patrick Jane seems most likely.

I'm thinking all of the seven that were remaining on the list are parts of Red John, they all have a specific job to do within the group and if a position is getting compromised that person will be killed(like what happened to partridge) by one of the others.

Regarding a solen fake list, could that be Kirkland's list that PJ set him up to take. Remember PJ smiled once he noticed that someone entered his secret place. So it could be that Kirkland is now is after killing all the fake RJ.
The "Do you recognize me??" to  Lenon might just be Do you recognized me as the man who is after RJ.

Sorry if someone already posted the same theory regarding the stolen fake list

I am accusing Brett Stiles but the system did not allow me to choose anyone else.
