Who is Red John

List is down to 5. After shooting, Reede Smith didn't draw any smilie. Not RJ's MO. So list is down to 4?. McAllister proved himself having no acrophobia. So list now down to 3?. in Episode 2 or 3, Bertram, Reede Smith and McAllister sits in a Room and asks each other "The Question is, How much does he(jane)know". This gives a hint that they all share the same Status in relation with RJ. If one of them is not RJ, none of them is. List is now down to 2. Ray Haffner or Brett Stiles. Yet to see Stiles in this Season, But it would be a cliché if BS is RJ.

Murder can be a business. And Ray Haffner is the one who started his own Agency. He Likes Lisbon. And RJ did not kill her. Could be him. At least he has handsome face, that misdirects suspicion. And tall enough to fit to silhouette of RJ's Visualizations in Past.

"Dinner is in the Oven", ;). The Red John smiley, with Red John's Handwriting!. Isn't that tough for Jane to do a handwriting match with the suspects?. He could even predict the man from the handwriting for god's sake! A flaw in script perhaps?. Well, so is the RJ's voice.

S5-E21. The Tupperware Box Story.

In the end, it's revealed that the Tupperware has the tongue of Mr.SayNay, the one who raped La Roche's Mother. LaRoche has his tongue collected by himself or someone else. Mr.SayNay, though unable to speak, tries to utter some words. "Hae Hao".
If you hold your tongue with fingers, and tried to say Red John, those are exact words comes from your mouth. Perhaps LaRoche is Red John or LaRoche has taken a favor from Red John.

Robert Kirkland is RJ. Why? First I would like to say why Patrick isn't. Simply, because Lorelei said "the moment you two shook hands". She knew both of them and she knew he is someone else.
For the very same reason, it has to be someone who shook his hand with Jane.
Kirkland did it. Kirkland also was the one who said "thank you" on the end of the episode showed us Patrick's beggining in the CBI.
And after the very last episode: Kirkland is a murderer, a one who have done this before and murdered because he was afraid to be identified. As who? As Red John, of course!
How is Brett Styles getting into the picture? I would speculate he might even be related to Kirkland. His father, maybe. This is the reason why he knew about what RJ is about to do but didn't handed him to CBI.
