THE THEORIES

The explanation on how Red John (one of the 2 main suspects, *see other
theories of mine) figured out the list of suspects and sent them to Jane as a
CD. It goes all the way back to the psychiatrist. When Red John Killed Jane's
Memory, he knew that Jane would figure out that Red John went to the
Psychiatrist, so sense RJ is involved with Tiger Tiger, he Hypnotized all of
the 7 suspects to have the same characteristics that Red John told the
Psychiatrist. He did that so that Jane would narrow it down to those seven that
has at least one characteristic that the psychiatrist stated that Red John
would have. Being afraid of spiders, Birds, heights, whistling, all very easy
traits that could be easily hypnotized.

The 2 Main Suspects as it stands now...

Patrick Jane's Twin brother.

Bret Stiles's Twin brother.

What Mortal Hand or Eye dare frame thy Fearful
(__Symmetry__)

The symmetry is the key.

The theory on Jane's brother is that carnival
families are poor, they had twins, Patrick and Roy, yet they could only take care
of one. Why would Red John focus on the Jane? Because his parents chose Jane,
Jane was the one who got to live his life. That is why Red John has been
focusing on Siblings, or Twins. Because he feels as by doing so he is taking
revenge.

Bret Stiles's Twin/brother. What Mortal Hand or
(_Eye_) dare frame thy Fearful (__Symmetry__)

Could the Eye be referring to Visionary? Bret also
says that "he will rise again." Making seem as if he is
immortal...(Enter his Twin Brother, Red John

 Bret
States that he will rise again, which is impossible in the rational world, Like
any good disappearing act there is always a double, two people, brothers. And
Bret IS actually terminally ill so he WILL die, his brother may be the
replacement thus giving the illusion of him rising again.

Also, why does Red John focus on Siblings/ Twins? Kirkland's twin, Lorelie's Sister, Emma's Twin (season 1)  -->  "Emma's twin sister Maya is still missing, and the
investigation begins at the Plaskett home. Jane does not think the girls were
random targets, but something more personal, while Lisbon thinks this case is a
trap that Red John has set"

I pretty much like the Christopher Nolan´s movie Inception, with L. DiCaprio (Patrick Jane), Ken Watanabe (Kimball Cho), Ellen Page (Teresa Lisbon), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Wayne Rigsby) and Marion Cotillard (Grace Van Pelt).
After reading the last 300 theories, I just came up with an Inception theory. There is no such thing as psychic, so Patrick Jane says. So, how is it possible all those mind readings? What if it is just a dream? A 5th grade stage where Patrick Jane is actually still locked up in a room at the mental institute, while Dr. Sophie Miller is still trying to crack up Jane´s mind.
48 hours to go and I am going crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! muahahahaha... =)

Does anyone else think that the interview with jack plotonick (brett partridge) is just weird? I've looked at the interview and there's smiley after this line!!

Plotnick: “Yep. That’s it for me! Ah well, all good things must come to a (bloody)end. ;-P”

So what? he did that face and interviewer just wrote it down? Could it possibly be made up? Because it's the same interview in few sites and nothing else and it just sounds weird.

Hi Everyone,
I can prove that RJ is not one of the 7. The video that Lorelei read RJ's guesses about PJ's list has shooted 2 months ago.

First I have to sorry about my english it is 2nd language of mine and I am a little bit rusty on it.

How RJ knew PJ's list before PJ even not start to study. Is he a psychic? Ofcourse not. There is no such thing psychic. It is repeatedly explained us during serie. So how RJ did this trick. In all mentalist tricks, The Mentalist lead victims to the results. This is obvious.

So RJ lead PJ to the list of 7's. I dont know why, but I have couple of theories. But I know how. Lets just focus the trick and the video. I'll explain how he lead later.

What did RJ said to PJ?
"I'm going to start killing again, often. Until you catch me, or I catch you"

Why RJ wants PJ catch him. Not with help of RJ, but in the PJ's way. We all know that.
So if RJ wants PJ catch him by his own talents, it is not make any sense that RJ leaded PJ to himself with trick's result. "The list of 7"

And another question just for fun, what is he meaning by "or I catch you"?

Why Heller insists that one of these suspects is indeed Red John. He said:
"There is no sort of double twist. There's no more messing around. ... Only the truth gets revealed from now on in"

That means Heller and CBS dont have a deal which can continue the show. But it is not means that RJ is on the list if show will continue.

Not a theory but some news for mentalist this season.

The Monday Mornings actress — who was originally signed for just three
episodes — has been promoted to a full-fledged series regular on the CBS
procedural two weeks before her first episode even airs, TVLine has
learned exclusively.

Very little is known about Swallow’s character, the enigmatic Kim
Fischer, save for this little morsel: she will have a profound impact on
Jane’s life. We can also confirm that she will first turn up o
