THE THEORIES

There is a theory that the Sheriff recruited Rigsby for tiger tiger when they met in episode 2, well my reply is

Rigsby joined forces with a man he knocked him down to the floor for what he saw as trying to kill Van Pelt ?

Also Van Pelt would know he had a tattoo.

And before there's anymore bollocks about Van Pelt being a RJ accomplice remember she killed that Craig guy she was going to marry who was an RJ accomplice - why do that if she's an RJ friend ?

Cheers

The Red John thing is over. Done. Finished! Accept it!

However, here is some facts that are quite interesting:

1) Reede Smith is the only survivor from the list of suspects.

2) Reede Smith worked for the FBI.

3) Patrick Jane is getting ready to work for the FBI.

Just pointing that out.

Still, nonetheless; Red John and the Red John era is OVER!

After the fifth season finale, we all got our teeth on edge.
We knew that red john story would finish in 8 episode.
We doubt the veracity of the list, we trusted it, and we didn't.
We all thought Patrick Jane was 3 step ahead, faking temper in front of Lisbon.
We were hoping for a mind-blowing twist.
After each episode :
Not only our questions were answered, but new questions out-came.
We felt more and more duplicitous about the Red John reveal because the time left went shorter and shorter.
Episode by episode we were waiting for the twist, it didn't come until the end of episode 7.
Until then we were more anxious than ever, hoping we could have a big twist in 44 minutes(probability of being disappointed 75%).
And then the episode got leaked, it was so disappointing that "50% of us" were smiling yellow (french expression).
Then the twist was the joke becoming true.

But we are still hoping for a little twist/return
Let's face it, we are just some creepy over-thinkers who put too much sense in details the show threw us away (every moment of silence, book, facial expression, sentence analyst, color of cup, shirt, music) and make them tell a story =)

We have to continue to dress up the show the way we do as if Red John was still there. Even if we are denial.

Red John is an egoistic son of a gun. Look i love the guy with all my heart, but the way he says "Who are you? Huh? No one" I'm probably not 100% right on this, but this is from my observations and since i'm trying to become a psychologist.
But i think Thomas had a problem, he thought that he was someone that no one could beat. Like his father did when he beat up his mother and him as a child. You see my point? If not...

What i'm trying to say is: Red John had daddy issues.

It might sound weird but think about it. How Thomas said "Who are you to judge? Who are you?" and patrick replied "I'm no one..."

He wanted to beat his father, make him feel like he isn't great.
Basically what i'm trying to say is Red John had problems, He had Daddy issues and tried to be someone greater than his father but at the same time a bad man...
Also the ornithophobia (fear of birds) could be something from his childhood. Who knows?

Now i'm not saying this is Plausible and I'm not saying that this is unlikely either. But this is from my observation.

ALSO SORRY FOR THE BAD ENGLISH I'M FROM SWEDEN xD sorry :/

Lets make this very simple.

Green:  Sherrif Thomas McAllister is Red John. The Red John story is over, and we are left with a lot of loose ends (eventhough some are answered, like Red Johns phobia, tyger tyger burning bright, etc.)

Red:  Red for Red John, he is still out there and will blow everyones mind in the finale episode (eventhough Heller said the Red John story is officially over now).

Who? Why? When? How? These are the questions that need to be answered when the audience finds out who the bad guy is (even Scooby Doo knew that). If McAllister is Red John we only got the who.
