This is a joke right? Heller is being a "step ahead of us", right? 

I can't stop laughing at that leaked episode, and the smiley face at the top of this webpage just makes it even funnier.

Surely this is just crap from the cutting room floor pieced together to play a "mind game" with all of us.  

The only possible ending that would be more realistic is if Tony the Tiger and Tigger jumped out and tickled Red John to death while Jane sang "Feed the Birds" from Mary Poppins.  Cue the dancing pigeons.

I keep watching the new promo, and a few thoughts I'd be curious to hear others comments/criticism on:

1. We see the man running through the cemetery and then see the man (Xander probably) crashing through the glass. My guess is the man running away in the cemetery is a different person than the man crashing through the glass (though the promo wants us to just think we are seeing the same guy for both scenes). Anyone agree/disagree on that?

2. Just a thought on the scene where Rigsby et al point their guns at the guy that appears to be the new FBI (Rockmond?) guy... Maybe they are preventing him from stopping Jane, which leads to them being kicked out of law enforcement in remaining episodes of the season...

Just thought I'd take a break from the List of & theories..

Remember the photo we saw last week of Smith being "killed" by the cop? Shows do this all the time, especially in promos. In the promo this week, we see someone crashing through the glass and it looks like McAllister when we see the stills. Either it is McAllister and they want us to think we guessed "oh that must be RJ" because he's in the promo as a rouse.

It could also be that they thought that even if we captured a still, we wouldn't be able to tell it's McAllister because his head is down.

If it is McAllister in the still, it only means he is not dead and that he MIGHT be RJ. It could also mean that he is alive and someone else from the house is also alive and either he or that other guy is RJ.

Bertram is on the run because he was found out, not because he is RJ. Would RJ sneak in and kill PJ while he's unconscious? No way. We know for certain that RJ is not Smith or Bertram. That means if the list of 7 is true, it has to be one of the dead people.

Partridge Fans have been redeemed!

The woman feeding the pigeons on the bench is Summer. She got divorced, gained a lot of weight (oddly because she was doing meth at the same time). Also, the ho bought herself a new weave at the 5-and-dime. If you notice, one pigeon looks like Cho, one looks like Partridge, and one looks like Susan Darcy. Clearly if you turn over Pigeon-Cho, you will see the 666-Mark of the Beast. At the end of episode 8, Reede Smith, eats all of the pigeons, gains another 50LBS, bringing his total weight up to 645LBS, before he is gutted by Mashburn, and we know it must be Mashburn, because he's wearing Brett Partridges watch. This proves beyond anyone's reasonable doubt that Partridge is obviously Red John, and Susan Darcy is the child of Brett Stiles (Because he is old and therefore must be someones father)

With all respect, for those who think RedJohn is Brett Partridge, can you answer the following question..I'm not discounting your theory, but everytime I read a new "It has to be Partridge" post, the following is overlooked or ignored....so here's the questions, please enlighten me..
1. Do you agree there are 3 people present in the death scene: Lisbon, Corpse Partridge, and Who ever was hiding in the bathroom.
2. Do you accept that when Lisbon entered the room and found Partridge that the bathroom door was shut and when she looked up a few seconds after confirming Partridges death, that the bathroom door had been opened presumably by whoever else was there?
3. Do you accpt it is more likely than not likely that if RJ was there in the house, dead or otherwise, that there would not be a 3rd person or RJ associate also present?
4. Do you accept the possibility that RJ did not have Partridge killed and possibly BPs death was not commited by RJ nor a RJ follower(by the way, no red smiley face there).
5. Do you discount Rosalinds description that the killer has short straight hair and pretty good posture?
6. If you dont discount her, do you accept that even though Partridge has short hair, he has really poor posture?

I know it sounds like I'm trying to force you to accept it is not him...Feel free to have your opinion. I do beleive it could be anyone, but I just want to see how you answer those questions that really seem to discount him for me...
