This is completely annoying. It's a TV show. Red John could be anyone. The script doesn't have to follow the clues. It feels like the show is rolling out like the last episodes of Lost... it could go any direction that the producer feels will get better ratings.
I think that Red John will be Lisbon... because it would be a huge twist. And Jane will struggle between his feelings of wanting to kill Red John and wanting to make out with her... think of the twist!
