Theories of Vix (2)

Well, guys and gals, we are so close to knowing who RJ is already! I must admit I was a bit pissed lately cause everything seemed to point to Bertram, but after reading this: http://www.spoilertv.com/2013/11/the-mentalist-episode-608-red-john_171.html I´m guessing it´s not him...I´m a bit confused though, let´s think about the rest:
Kirkland: dead and was searching for RJ anyway, so, definitely he is not RJ.
Smith: Patrick would have known if he lied, so he is not RJ.
Partridge: dead
Stiles: dead
Haffner: dead
McAllister: dead, but seems to appear in next episode? That doesn´t mean he is RJ for sure though...I know I´m pointing out the obvious, but my point is, either someone else we thought was dead will come back, or RJ was NOT on the list...and after bashing so much those Partridge´s fans that claimed he was alive the first option will be kind of weird, I don´t know if you get what I mean xD I know it´s in different circumstances though, but still...
Honestly I´m still hoping it´s someone not on the list, yes, after reading those TV Guide spoilers and all, but anyway, we´ll know in less than one week, keep on theorising people! :p

Ok, this will be more questions and random thoughts than a theory, let´s start with, how did Red John read Patrick´s mind? We know now that he could have learnt the happy memory part from Sophie Miller, but what about the list? How did he know those 7 names even BEFORE Patrick himself knew them? I personally think there´s something fishy going on there and that the list is fake, I strongly believe that if RJ was REALLY on that list, he would have killed Patrick as soon as possible since he wouldn´t want to risk being catched, but that´s just how I see things, I guess we´ll know for real soon enough. IF those are really the final suspects I guess it could be either Haffner or McAllister, I have a hard time seeing any of the others being Red John, maybe Partridge but I doubt BH will use that old "he was not really dead" trick, it would be kind of lame IMHO.
Another question is, is the Tyger Tyger "conspiracy" (as some call it) with Red John, against him or neutral? I´m guessing they are either chasing him or not even caring about what happens to him, I don´t think RJ is a part of it. Maybe the tattoo we heard about is a TT thing and one of them killed the PI, and, as some people already claimed, I don´t think RJ hired that woman.
Now, about Kirkland´s brother, I think he might be alive and probably is an important minion of RJ, and I think it was him in the hospital killing Jason Lennon, though it´s not very plausible, I still do. 
Anyway, I had more things in mind but seems I can´t put them into words yet haha to finish this, I must ask...please PLEASE people, stop posting those PJ is RJ theories, we should know better now at this point of the show, also, RJ is not a woman, so enough of that too, yes? I don´t want to belittle any theory but those really make no sense at all.
