Who is Red John

I think that that girl that RJ killed last episode worked for him and was willing to 'dedicate her life to him' like a lot of the others, I also think that RJ knows about the organisation within law enforcement and he is tricking Patrick by making the girl say what she said (also would RJ really leave one of his victims alive?) so now he is a step ahead when Patrick thinks he has him. Throughout the whole series RJ has been 'the smartest guy in the room', why would be accidently show his compromising tattoo? why would he bug CBI? Why would be allow himself to be controlled by Patrick Jane? Red John is playing us.

Although alot of you will disagree, i believe that i wouldn't be dissapointed is Red John turns out to be Brett Partridge. I'm quite fond of Brett's charator, i like the way he acts, the way he looks and the fact that i can see him being Red John. He seems quite socially awkard, he seems to be mocked and despised by quite a few people. He seems almost the perfect candidate.

I subscribe to almost the theories in which Patrick Jane is accused of being Red John, and I would like to bring a new one, a new clou. Let's take a look at the sign of RJ, at the smiley face that is drawn after any crime he makes. The similarity between that smiley face and the real face of Patrick Jane is obviously. Just look at the scene on youtube, about the voice of Patrick being the same with RJ's. The scene in the car, when Patrick jane looks that face which I'm talking about. I reffer to his eye, the right eye which is let down. Where come from this similarity and why?
