Well, it seems that everyone left on the website believes the episode to be a fake. It took me some time but after watching it for a second time, I too have joined the fake episode theory. It was actually very funny the second time I watched it.
Now on to my point: The majority of people that think the episode is fake still believe that RJ is going to be one of the seven suspects. Everyone on that list is no longer eligible to be RJ unless the real episode is going to be just like the parody by having someone magically return from the dead. Do you really think the writers thought "lets film a parody to mess with the fans where we have a different guy return from the dead"? No, the only way the writers would ever make a fake episode is if RJ was never on the list. There's the real episode with the huge twist that RJ was never on the list and that the list was in fact RJ's list given to Jane to expose the tiger tiger club. RJ's list has always been a red herring for the audience which is why making a parody episode why RJ does actually turn out to be on the list is possible. If the episode is fake then it is the ultimate clue that RJ is not present on the list. No one is going to return from the dead in the real episode. If Bertram appears at all it will just be the FBI and Lisbon arresting him which will clue Lisbon into the fact that Jane lied to her and is presumably off catching the real RJ.
RJ is going to be Walter Mashburn. The bomb should clue people in on that. Mashburn started out making cherry bombs in reform school and his first company made high tech weaponry. He is the only suspect that has a past with bombs. We are going to be able to look back and watch episodes RJ has appeared in and see the clues and the only suspect that is going to work with is Mashburn. Both of his episodes were filled to the brim with clues and motives to show that he is RJ. I have written too many theories on this to spend any more time writing it out.
The point is that if the episode is fake, then RJ cannot be on the list of seven suspects regardless of whether you think I'm right about Mashburn.
