Who is Red John

Despite the plot holes I will make an effort and answer one of the hottest unanswered questions: How did Rj get the list even before Jane?

Well, I have an idea.
It consists by two parts, two tricks if you would like by Red John.
1st) RJ fakes Lorelei's death (there are more than enough clues to support this theory).
2nd)
If you can remember, Jane's "place" was at the roof of CBI , a little
room and a big window at the one side.Plus Jane's board could easily
been seen by outside with binoculars.So we can assume that RJ was
watching from the outside the board and, when Jane finished the list, he
made the dvd with Lorelei.

I couldn't agree more with L_Lawliet's post but I feel obligated to point out one serious thing: Heller hadn't decided who RJ would be untill season 5!
Yeah that's right.So by the time we learned that, instantly we should exclude whatever clue he gave before season 5.Think about it.The first 4 season he gave random clues that lead nowhere.This show is over and done.I can't believe it but that's it.
And think about this:Even if Heller decides to redeem his self at the next episodes that are left untill the season ends, how could he EVER do it in a way to fill ALL the plot holes that he created? It's impossible.Or even if he tries he will fail harder than the 8th episode of the season.

Some might find this idea silly, but is there any chance for us, the fans of the show to contact Bruno Heller?I mean, obviously the show isn't going to change before it ends.So, at least I would like to ask Heller some questions myself, to conclude what's on his mind.How he sees the whole thing.His point of view eventually.

For example answers about the show.Answers that we, the fans demand to know.I mean, The Mentalist is his own creation, so above all he could just fill the plot holes off-screen just to please the fans.Something like Sheldon from Big Bang Theory when he called the producer of a TV-series that was canceled to learn how it was about to end. :P

I think that Heller isn't stupid.He managed to create a nice plot and develop it to something addictive to watch.But eventually he screwed up and I' d like to know why.

There is a lot of buzz going on, about the show being renewed.

Are you serious???Well, before RJ's death I used to enjoy fillers.Firstly because they had a lot of clues about Jane's thoughts over RJ plus all this dark persona that Jane presented.It was pretty addictive.In addition there were a lot of "fillers" that turned out to be RJ related.Moreover, I used to enjoy them because the background story was interesting and the solving even more interesting.Now the show has been more predictable than ever, I mean way predictable (the main and only suspect is guilty?You dont say)

Anyway that's my opinion.I believe that if they don't bring back RJ somehow then the show shouldn't be renewed at all.Maybe is that a clue?Well, I don't think so.The thing that I'm sure is that RJ isn't coming back before the end of the season based on episode titles, spoilers etc.
