I've seen more than a few theories that explain RJ acquiring PJ's list by the fact Lorelei is still alive. Can somebody please explain what I am missing? How the heck does Lorelei being alive gain RJ the list?
To me the question of how RJ got the list is a huge mystery that would gain us some serious insight ESPECIALLY if the list is false.
It's interesting that when Lisbon told Van Pelt to go over the security tapes with Haffner and pump him for information that it happened off screen. There have been hints at Grace's dark past and her possible involvement with Visualize after the Stiles/Van Pelt episode.
Kirkland was killed but will ultimately help catch RJ. When he gave Smith coffee it was mentioned how prepared he is foreshadowing the fact he'll have set something up to go in motion in the event of his death.
So my biggest question (other than how did RJ get PJ's list) is: is the Tyger, Tyger cabal aware of who RJ is and are they protecting him or are they unaware and now trying to catch him rather than letting him operate unimpeded because he endangers their group now that PJ is close? Also is the Visualize group at odds with the Tyger Tyger group or do they work together? Lastly, why doesn't RJ kill Jane now that he's truly in danger of being outed?

Change of plan: I did like Haffner as RJ but now...I'm liking Michael Kirkland for RJ. They just introduced a twin character (they didn't say identical but he at least looks like Bob.) When PJ met Bob Kirkland Patrick thought he knew him from somewhere so in retrospect it is apparent that PJ has met Michael Kirkland and shook his hand and Patrick picked up on the resemblence.If I'm right: Then Heller lied about RJ being on the list.
So now, after RJ, Jane will have to match wits and talents against this huge corrupt organisation and the show will go on (for the rest of this season and one more after that, tops).
I'm not bashing the Partridge isn't dead group as anything is possible but how do you explain Sac PD saying there is a DOA named Brett Partridge at the scene? There are quite a number of people that take part in a crime scene investgation and they can't all be in on it.
