- Why did Teresa Lisbon said on S 06 E 01 "Desert Rose" :
"We could at least keep Bertram and the other seven suspects under surveillance" ?
- Did Bruno Heller (who wrote the episode) and the whole "Mentalist" crew including actors screwed it all up in a collective amnesia attack ?
- Maybe Lisbon's subconscious was talking out loud ?
- Maybe Jane's subconscious was on the same level so he didn't need to correct her ... or his "mental palace" was really shutdown ?. Don't think so.
- I'd assume there's another suspect being hidden. A real twist & turn (as Ken Woodruff has just said on an interview : " ... just given the nature of our show and how we twist things around, and
Red John as a character, how sort of capable and deceitful he's been
able to be all these years. Don't forget, Jane's been in the place where
he's been 100 percent positive of Red John before and he was wrong. So I
wouldn't underestimate Red John ... )
- Then if there's a real hidden suspect, my choice has to be Walter Mashburn (cause the other seven are as Gary Clarke had said before "boring uninspiring farts")
- This would mean that both slept and had sex with monsters. Something
that will affect deeply whatever relation they have after Red John is
revealed (platonic love, 'siblings love' or simply love). So there's one reason there's a 2 years jump ( if its 2 years ... it's difficult to believe what the producers and writers are saying)
