Who is Red John?

Kind of off topic, but does anyone else think that Lisbon has been acting strange this whole season?  Not to mention that Jane is not telling her certain things, and also telling her things that aren't exactly right.  Either Robin Tunney has all of a sudden become a crummy actress, or the character is acting strange for a reason.  She is obviously not Red John, but does anyone think that she might be passing information along to either RJ or Tyger Tyger?

I just want to point something out here.  A lot of people are focusing on what Red John looked like or walked like or talked like, or how he holds his tea cup or how his hands look.  This from the episodes where we just catch glimpses of him in disguise or from the back or just his hands.  But I assure you, whoever they used to portray Red John in these scenes is NOT the actor who plays the actual character of Red John.  They just use some guy on the set to fill in the space.  It would be WAY too expensive to get the real actor to do these scenes, not to mention the security issue of allowing everyone on the set to know who Red John is.  So seriously, forget about all of these physical characteristics.  Focus on what kind of person Red John has to be.

Just a little comment about the fixation on "the list" of 7.  Jane did not have this list (to our knowledge).  He handed 7 pictures to Lisbon, which matched up against the names Lorelei read on the DVD AFTER Jane had already seen it.  So he just gave her the pictures of Red John's list.  Jane never made that list.  He would never have made that list.  He only met Kirkland and Smith AFTER Lorelei told him he had shaken hands with RJ, so there is no way that Jane would have included those two on a list of his suspects.  Plenty of reasons to exclude all of the others, but those two are irrefutable.  The list of 7 is bogus.  The real list is the little notebook that we saw earlier in the season the Jane always keeps with him.

And Bruno Heller did NOT say that Red John is on the list of 7.  He said "you can trust the list."  He didn't say which list, or what the list was a list of (accomplices, maybe).  So don't fixate on this list folks.
