Who is Red John?

Theories of Cammy (1)

Patrick Jane is not Red John (this is possible only if the whole show would be his imagination and this would be very dissaponted)

Here are the proofs that PJ is not RJ:

1. There are some scenes which are played for sure by Red John, not his followers:
- season 1, ep 23: we see RJ's silhouette in a surveillance room with a cup of tea(probably) and a red book. Jane was in the basement with Lisbon and Dumar, so Jane couldn't be in the surveillance room, and there is no reason for any of RJ's accomplice to be there. There is too much mistery in the scene, so it's very clear for me that there was RJ himself.
- season 2, ep 23: Jane is in the same room with RJ and we see both of them. If the man with the mask is one of RJ's acolyte I can't see any reason of the scene. If Jane would be Red John, he would have managed to escape from those students without any help from his acolyte and because nobody (apart from the dead students) seen RJ and Jane together, the game woudn't have any reason (why would Jane show to some dead people that he and RJ are 2 different persons?) No reason. And also Jane was very scare by RJ's visit. Even when he was at home, alone, she looked very scared, so why he would be so scared when nobody is there to see his act,
- I don't remember the episode, but there is a scene when Rosalind calls Jane and she tells him that Roy came back. Jane was at the CBI and we can see RJ's silhouette in Rosalind's house. Jane wasn't in Rosalind's house, so only RJ could be (not one of RJ's followers because Rosalind would have known).
- when Jane manages to eliberate a man who knew Red John from prison and that man runs to Mexico, he was always with his CBI colleagues, so how he killed that man in Mexico?

2. Lorelei Martins says that Jane and RJ are very much alike and that she wonders why they didn't become friends. She was angry so this couldn't be a game, because when you are angry you don't lie, you just say what bothers you.

3. Jane tries to make Lorelei believe that RJ killed her sister. When she knows for sure that her sister was killed by Red John, why she didn't shot Jane? Jane isn't RJ because she would have killed him because she had the posibility. But she goes to find the real RJ, not Jane.

4. Rosalind would have recognised him. If she and RJ planned this to happen and she would have to play an act with the CBI, she couldn't be so natural in front of his lover, she is just a girl, not the master of dissimulation.

5. Red John killed from 1988 (at least), but the first contact between RJ and  Jane is when Jane talks about him at TV. We know that both like playing games, then why only after the TV show they have contact. If Jane is RJ he would like something to laugh at, somebody to chase him, so why only after the TV show?

6. RJ kills Jane's family to punish him. Let's say that Jane kills his own family because it means weakness (sounds stupid but for some people is legit). Okay, so he eliminates all his weaknesses (his family, Kristina Frye, Lorelei), but why he keeps Rosalind? She looks weaker than everybody and she can recognise him (despite she is blind she is a danger for Jane if he is RJ)
