Who is Red John?

Theories of BloodyRed (3)

So I just came home and my brother was like "dude, you don't wanna watch this episode..." and I was "oh, why? Is Red John still alive? :o"
AND THEN I WATCHED.....
Why.......Why so much failure, please change this website's name to ''why is he Red John'' or ''how is he Red John''.
Let's get to my point, shall we?
First and the most non-sense thing ever
The list, he guessed it right because he was a psychic...are you guys out of your minds?
There is no such thing as psychics  - and even if he was a real ''psychic'', he is no mastermind at all, he is dumb as f...
Why would he meet Jane if he could simply predict his death? And because he was so afraid of dying (so pathetic), why would he go there?
How can Red John be a sheriff?
I'm not so sure about a sheriff's duties but I'm pretty sure that it makes no sense at all. He is a guy that receives calls everytime about police stuff and is asked to be on certain places on a set time, how the heck does he have enough time to do the killings, his sheriff business, to command his ''secret empire'' and he still have enough time to hunt as a hobby, seriously, how?
The pidgeon...
How the heck did Cordero didn't notice the freaking living pidgeon on Jane's pocket?
And why did he spared Lisbon's life? Did the pidgeons scared him? If they did so, why did he decided to do some painting instead of walking away?
My biggest disappointment
My biggest disappointment was either the fact that he was just begging for his life like an innocent harmless child ''please don't kill me'' or the way they dubbed his voice on a face-to-face scene, why...why?? Could've simply said that he used some kind of voice changer with his mask or whatever.
Not to mention that he was really dumb afterall, the great Red John, the mastermind, is not that smart and yet he deceived PATRICK JANE for ten years.

On my mind Red John would never ever say something like ''please don't kill me'', he would say something like "your wife screamed so hard and you child as well, I still remember her sweet voice in pain" (or something like this).
The thing is that they tried to do some non cliche thing that ended up making no freaking sense at all and a cliche would've been better.
My final notes
Special thanks to the cast, they were great even with that horrible script, special thanks to you reader that probably spend a lot of time thinking on all those clues and creating a lot of theories since season one and all (a lot more plausible and interesting than this ending) and thanks for reading.. leave a comment if you would like to correct something or to add something I may have missed.

Have a nice day.

I think I know how Red John knew the list before Jane...
It's quite a simple and obvious theory but think about it, maybe it's easier then we think.
So, here is the thing: Red John know that Jane is a mentalist (freaking smart).

OK, so he would assume that if Jane is doing a list he would check every aspect of each suspect, that include the time to do the killings and stuff.
So if Red John knows that Jane is really that smart and all, he would guess right the list if he just listed the people close to him, his connections, his ''friends'' or ''tools'' whatever you like, simply because he wouldn't underestimate Jane.

Well I think it's pretty much it, the only thing I could guess about this subject, what do you guys think?
