It was not the final ending I had hoped for or not the ending I wanted. They should have ended with at least 3 different alternative endings like the movie CLUE. I also will not watch any more TV shows that are created/written by Bruno Heller. Rest in peace-the cast of The Mentalist.
What did Patrick mean when he said to Lisbon "I have go, I can't be here anymore". Is Patrick waking up from his coma, or is life support being discontinued? I can't wait for next week's episode.

Patrick is in the hospital in a coma from the injuries he suffered from the explosion.Charlotte and I have visited Patrick while in his unconscious state. We told himthat he will wake up soon, to continue his hunt for Red John.
Only 3 of the Red John suspects escaped the explosion: Stiles, Haffner andBertram. McAllister was killed in the blast. Patrick dreamed that he had killedRed John (McAllister). The watchband that Patrick wore represented the wrist bandthat he wears in the hospital.
