OMG.... Enough with the Brett Partridge theories people..... He is dead, Heller has said he is dead... the actor has said he is dead, they said on the show he is dead. He never was or will never be red john. You are just all pissed that  who you thought was red john can not be.....

That is the whole reason Heller killed him first.... to build the mystery around the final six (now three I guess) .....if there is goign to be a twist.... it will be revealed Red John is one of the other two... but Partridge (and Kirkland for that matter) are dead...

Move on and pick another suspect!
