Not a theory but I'll just like to point this out.. I'm so excited to see Jane get his revenge and finally know 100% who Red John is. 
Since the reveal of Red John is coming up soon I started re-watching all the old episodes again and when I got up to Season 2 Episode 8, when Red John got Bosco and his team killed, reminded me how much I despise this man. 

No matter who it is I'll be satisfied, just as long as it's not Reede!
