Have a look at the paper copy at this link: http://damnitjane.tumblr.com/

So we now definitly know:

- its one of the seven
- he led the group

omg i am so dissappointed. There is absolutly no twist, no surprise. But then the question is: Why did he kill one member of his own group? (Partridge..). Would only make sense if Partridge is RJ himself.

From this paper article it seems to be clear, it is Gale Bertram. It fits in the story:

- was there at the season 3 finale (would be a great flashback moment); could set the trap for jane. jane already suspected him.

- Smith to Bertram: "Do something about it". Many thought: So Bertram is not the leader, but isnt it normal that "kids" are pleading their "parents" to do something?

- The scene with lisbon and kirkland in the office. Would fit perfectly if Kirkland is in fact Michael Kirkland (would be a great flashback moment)

- he quotes William Blake. Everybody thought that this was too obvious, but perhaps just because of that, it`s him. Don´t think complicated :)

what doesnt fit:
-Rebbeca in Season 1/2 ? smiling at RJ in the dungeons. Everybody would have recognised Bertram. But perhaps it wasnt RJ but another follower of him and Rebbeca just thought it would be him.

What are your thoughts about it?
I think it is him; would be really dissappointing because not really unexpected, but at least i want great flashback moments (showing why RJ was ahead all the time or how RJ reacted in certain situations; sitting at Rosalind, killing lorelei, predicting the list, observing Jane etc., would be a great scene)
