Ok, for RJ to be caught, he HAS to make a mistake, however big or small a mistake will have been made because otherwise they would never catch him.
Kirkland was my main suspect, especially after asking over and over if he had seen his face before (to the guy he was going to torture). Why ask that? Who is to say that was in fact Bob and not his brother?
Kirkland was saying that his twin was an alcoholic and he had tried to help him, Jane then said that Bob was the stronger of the brothers by doing something with his life. He obviously has issues, there is no proof at all that his twin is dead.
Kirkland has quiet a creepy voice and could quiet easily sound like RJ.
Why would Kirkland keep asking the (fake) suspect if he had seen his face before? It could also be a distraction from the actual killer.
I don't think it's Haffner, he has far too much anger towards Jane, RJ seems to enjoy the game.
If Brett Partridge wasn't dead I would have said it was probably him, working in forensics he would know how to leave no trace of evidence and even over looking any evidence found. He is about the right age, height, hair. I don't think they will say he isn't really dead though.
Bertram is the most obvious suspect, he also seems to be the most popular suspect (from people I have spoken to). It depends if they are going to go with the most likely so that people will feel good because they got it right, or if they will go with a big twist.
I'm hoping for a twist, and I do think there will be a few more twists to come yet.
