Who is detective Oscar Cordero, first appearance in The Red Tatoo. He is played by Joe Nieves, and will also be in the next two episodes. I can't remember him from The Red Tatoo, and there is very little info about him online. Why is a seemingly minor character given a name and three (very crucial) episode appearances.
