Why does everyone take Rosiland Harker's clues as the gospel truth?  How id she find a note from Roy inside her couch if she is blind?  I am not convinced of that her description of Red John is accurate.

I was leaning toward Gale Bertram, but something in "Red John Rules" changed my mind.  In the discussions between Jane and Lisbon the only of the seven mentioned was Gale Bertram.  This leads me to believe that he will be the first Red John suspect to die in the upcoming season.  Lisbon is like Watson to Sherlock Holmes and Hastings to Hercule Poirot.  She states the obvious despite being a great moral character.  Her mention of Bertram seems to doom Bertram in my opinion.
