I would say that Lisbonne is a disciple of RJ

in the latest episodes... she is the only one who knew about the existence of PJ's board..
Suddenly those guys brakes into his place to take pictures of his progression... they knew it was there!
PJ knew somebody got in... then he burned all of his clues, so it wasn't really a big surprise for him that RJ knew the list of his suspects

Second thing... Lisbonne knew about that cop being part of visualize(S5E13) and he might of worked on the farm with RJ where the dead bodies were found... but she kept the secret

NOTE:
The board that he made... i think that it's  a big lure...
when he cracked the toothpick in his door... he knew someone would get in..
He smiled when he saw the piece on the ground...
Everytime Lisbonne called him, he was saying that he was busy... but in fact he was just sitting around doing nothing...
Lisbonne is always asking him to  give her up the names on the list
