1: he sleeps with Lisbon

4: he is not in list of 7 suspects. PJ was waiting for RJ to send FBI to his room to take all those information's and maps for RJ and to see who are suspects. But PJ did all this in purpose to be one step ahead RJ. Now Lisbon and CBI and FBI knows 7 suspects and RJ will be able to act in their favor. Also Lisbon will get more closer to Walter and that will give more clue to PJ.

After all I can not wait to see how all this will end.
