Guys I found one thing. It has something to do with episode 7, the forensic guy who helps Cho to check Partridge's shoulder. Please don't look at who I accuse, just read.

I was watching episode 1 from season 4. Patrick is in jail, after he has killed Timothy Carter.
Patrick tells everybody that Timothy had a gun in the newspaper. Also, according to Patrick, and we know it's true, he had a mobile phone where he was called several times by Craig O'Laughlin. 
The police never found the gun and the mobile phone.

At 16:20 Cho and Rigsby are analising the video records, they see Patrick shooting Carter, then the police arrest Patrick.
But the important thing is that we see a waitress, a police man (who arrested patrick) and a forensic guy going next to the body of Carter, in that order. One of those three stole the gun from the scene and replaced the mobile phone with another one. Now, I was looking at the forensic guy, and I immediately recognized him! It's the same guy who helps Cho at the morgue in The Great Red Dragon.
Then I checked on IMDb, and I was right, it's the same character, played by the same actor" Faran Fonté".

It's a huge possibility that the forensic guy works for Red John. He removed the evidence of Timothy Carter being  Red John (The real Red John wanted Patrick to think he was actually RJ and then he just made everybody think he killed an innocent). Also, he was there when CBI wanted to see Partridge's body. Why?
Is it a coincidence? I think not. But there's nothing else I can add. I just thought it was useful to share what I found.
