I don't know who RJ is, but I'm hoping that it is someone that Jane has a connection with. That will intensify the reveal. This is why I WANT (but don't know) to rule out Kirkland. You can throw all of the facts to support Kirkland's role as RJ, and I'll believe all of it, but I'll be completely disappointed because then the villain will just be some random dude in the plot line. Who cares about some random dude in the plot line that has no emotional connection to the main character?
Jane and RJ have this sort of twisted, older-younger brother connection with RJ being the older one, but now Jane is finally catching up with him (maybe Jane has been the older brother the whole time, who knows?) But I don't see Jane/Kirkland with this bond. I don't see Jane/Bertram with this bond. I don't see Jane/Haffner with this bond (although I could be persuaded on this). I'm not even going to bother with Reede...
I CAN, however, see this brother-brother bond in Jane/McAllister, Jane/Partridge, and Jane/Stiles.
Regardless of whether you believe Partridge is dead or not (let's leave the facts/evidence aside for now), don't you think he would be a nice reveal? Sure, it would result in the prototypical lab guy/serial killer, but I think the emotional connection that Partridge has formed with Jane through the years would outweigh the "corny" lab guy aspect of it (just my thoughts, obviously feel free to disagree and tell me why).
McAllister and Jane. Well, if you don't appreciate the chemistry between these two characters, then I suggest you go back and REALLY watch their interaction. It's easy to get caught up in the plot (what happens?) of episodes while you watch, so you shove character development and interpersonal relationships to the side. But once you already know what happens in an episode (just like the actors already know their scripts and roles before the camera is on), you can REALLY see the raw interaction between characters. If you go back and watch the interaction between Jane and McAllister, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Fun Link between Jane and McAllister: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuIXe8Z8QAQ (you can really understand the silly/somewhat deeper bond they have—especially later on in the show where they begin to finish each other's sentences).
Jane and Stiles have that bond as well, but I don't want this post to get too long.
Just reply with a comment on:
Who would you WANT (KEY WORD: WANT) to be RJ, regardless of all of the facts/clues/evidence? Whose reveal, do you think, would HEIGHTEN tensions during the church scene?

Cool, I'm done. Leave me some comments.
