Reede Smith is no longer a RJ suspect, he
surrendered to CBI and told Patrick he wasn’t RJ. That was obviously the truth.
The last suspect is Gale Bertram, but I think we all know he’s not RJ. Read
some theories below if you want to know why.



So, we are facing a big problem : Smith and
Bertram are the only remaining suspects, all the others are supposed to be
dead. But none of them two is RJ. Therefore, RJ (if he is on the list) is one of
the dead suspects. Something is clever about these five suspects, and I think
it has been done on purpose : we can’t be 100% sure they’re dead!





- Brett Partridge was many's favorite and I think that's why he
was eliminated first. However, even though we've seen his dead body (or else
Cho is really stupid), we are not 100% sure about him being dead. But let's
assume he is.



- Bob
Kirkland was the second suspect eliminated from the list because it was too
obvious he could be RJ. His voice matched, his look fitted Rosalynd
description, and there was that spooky thing about him that made him a perfect
candidate for RJ. He was killed for that one reason, just like Partridge
was. They were the most suitable suspects, that’s why they were crossed out of the
list pretty hastily. However again, Heller made sure to leave a disturbing
element : Kirkland has got a twin brother, which leads to a lot of questions.  
So, Kirkland isn’t Red John? We can’t be sure,
we still can assume he is not dead.



-  As for Haffner, Bret Stiles and Sherif
McAllister, they supposedly died in the explosion and we found DNA evidence for
the three of them. One thing is sure : at least one of them did die in the
blast. We saw a man’s foot but we don’t know whose it is. Is it Haffner’s?
Stiles’? McAllister’s?

It can’t be McAllister’s :
we can see him in the promo for next week’s episode so he must have escaped and
spread his DNA somehow. But is he RJ? (I hope not :( ).



My opinion about Bret Stiles
and Haffner is that they both were killed by the blast and their bodies were
torn to pieces. But we are still not 100% they died, they also could have spread
their DNA and gotten away.


The only thing that we are
sure about is that one of them three is dead alright (unless he cut off his
foot and left it there^^).

 




So you see? Partridge is
certainly dead but we are not sure about it (well yes we are, actually I am but
we still can believe he’s not), Bertram and Smith aren’t RJ, Stiles, Haffner
and McAllister may still be alive, and Kirkland’s death is not sure either.

By the way, I hope it’s
Kirkland, I love him! Oh by the way, I miss LaRoche, he was my favourite character
before Kirkland showed up :/
