If Rj knew about the list way crazily magically earlier like we are led to believe then the partridge would of been dead earlier. But thats not the case! The gps trackers are what set red john into action on the list becuase he/she had no idea prior...Jane knowing that Rj is hunting tiger tiger, what better way to lure the MAIN TIGER/TIGRESS than to hold a party for everyone on the list under the same roof.
