In  S02E10 throwing fire PJ had falshbacks from his childhood with his father.
He remembered a Young very sick girl on a wheelchair with her grandmother i think.
they were ready to do anything so the girl can get well, a very rich family (luxury car and a driver) 10000usd cash almost 25 years ago, to buy a so called Healing Crystal.



RJ has to be someone related to this girl 
a father (bret stiles) or a brother (Ray haffner)

but mostly it was stiles

he created visualize at that time or little bit after that.

he met a Young lost ray haffner and brought him to visualize.

he mentored him in that farm and made him kill maybe Under hypnotise.

they kept on killing, untill one day stiles saw PJ on tv and memories came back
He wanted  revenge, he's the head and haffner made the job don, killed jane's family,
and want to show Patrick that he's a phsycic too.
because Young PJ was called the psyhcic wonder boy,, stiles call PJ my boy,,
Bertram called Pj the first time the boy wonder.
