Like NOBODY suspects him. Is that the point? Everyone focusing on other people? Most of the guilty people in the show are the ones in the background. the ones you least suspect

I get the reasons why physical description, height etc.alot of clues don't match up

How about listing some reasons why it might be him...........

1. He seemed in charge in the office with bertam. Almost telling Bertram what to do.

is Bertram reporting direct to him on the phone?

2. How many of the suspects are murderers? He definitely is
