NOW we're supposed to believe that JANE is playing it 100% straight?  After FIVE YEARS of watching him pull stunts?

IF RJ was one of the FIVE -- would he SO willingly go to Jane's house without really knowing WHY?  AND FYI:

MALIBU [where Jane's house is] -- is KIND of FAR from SACRAMENTO and NAPA -- like  7 to 10 hours AWAY.  The CBI team and related people seem to move around California like it was the size of Delaware.  ANNOYING!

ALSO -- TINSLEY DID NOT TELL JANE THAT "RED JOHN" HAS THE TATTOO -- only that HER KILLER has the tattoo.  HER KILLER isn't necessarily RJ.  I thought she was hired by someone from Visualize?

HELLO?!  NONE OF THESE THINGS MAKE ANY SENSE --- this is SHITE

AND, for those who think HAFFNER whistling "Blue Fly Tail" is proof that he's RJ ---- it's song about a slave not caring that his master is dying -- and Stiles is Haffner's master/leader who claims to be dying [or just fleeing from the FBI].  Symbolic, but I don't see how that makes Haffner RJ.

I'm not going to accuse anyone, just wanted to report this.
I think the key scene is in episode 02 from season 6. That person feeding pigeons..looks suspicious indeed. Patrick looks at him/her for a while, and he stops Lisbon from leaving him, just like he planned something. They start to talk about RJ and that one thing RJ didn't know. But at the end of their conversation, at 1:26 of the video, Patrick clearly looks again at that person. It lasts less than a second, but you can see it. Now, who is that person? It looks creepy, but he/she has a ring (If I remember correctly, RJ has a ring) and a watch, which looks suspiciously similar to Partridge's (you can see it in episode 01 from season 6).
If Partridge is dead, why would RJ send that person with Partridge's watch?
I have no idea what this scene means, but I think it will make sense after episode 8.

From everything I heard from the upcoming episodes,I believe whoever Jane is going to say to the press is Red John probably is not...I think he will mislead Lisbon and everyone else on this one and do this himself.

You guys need to chill
I feel sad for BH
Half the people are are cribbing about the list
And the other half are already slandering if anyone outside the list is RJ
Am sure whoever RJ is , It aint gonna satisfy everyone
But kudos to the cast and writers for keeping us engaged .
I feel even if we dont appreciate , we shouldn't be judging or criticizing them
Cheers

I'm sure I wasn't the only one who knew that Kira Tinsley (the private investigator) lied about who hired her, long before Jane did.

At first, I only thought that Cho made a major failure, asking a leading question like that.
But recently, I've been starting to wonder if it was intentional.

The dialog;
Cho: And who was your client? Was it Visualize?
Kira:   <long silence> Ye (looks like she's trying to convince herself)

I've always seen Cho as highly professional and short-spoken, but now he suddenly makes a rookie mistake and practically puts words (a lie) in the suspect's mouth (and then believes it with barely no further questioning).

I think he's involved somehow, most likely a member of the TT conspiracy.

If he isn't, it is a pretty big failure by the writers which "destroys" his character, depicting him as nothing more than a rookie cop interviewing his first suspect. And according to the TVGuide spoilers, he will start working for the FBI. Pretty funny with an FBI agent asking questions like that.
In my world they are better than that, but perhaps the writers aren't.
