THE THEORIES

Wait a second, about a month ago people kept mentioning an interview where Bruno Heller said that Partridge's death was important to the story. There is a reason why he died there and an important clue to RJ's identity could be seen in that scene.

Am I missing something here? What was so important about his death? Just the fact that he was part of the Blake association? Or the fact that RJ used Partridge's access level to get corpses and DNA? Because none of those things explain why he needed to be dead, if he was part of the Blake association he could just provide those things as a favor to a fellow tiger tiger.

And what was the big clue? Pigeons? Wtf that's no clue that would like to Mcallister since we had no way of knowing back then that he was scared of tiny dinosaurs.

I would appreciate if someone could clear those 2 things for me because Im definitely missing why Bruno Heller said that there was a reason why Partridge needed to die at that moment and what was the big clue in that scene that led to RJ's identity.

Sorry to say, yes it is over. This will be the final season. Rating decline on it has gone down too far to bring it back. It goes up against Sunday Night Football and gets destroyed. It is a bad timeslot & always has been. They may do a episode with flashbacks, but doubtful. Heller is very determined to move away fast from it for the reason that ratings on the new twist could savor one more season, but doubtful. We basically are to come up with our own theories on everything. I liked the Red John episode, but it was dragged on a bit too long. 6 seasons. If you look at the ratings from season 1 to 6. It is like a steady decline. At one point they drew almost a 20.0 share during season 1 & now even the Red John episode was barley over 10.0. That is a huge decline.

Every time I rewatch this episode I can't help but feel that they have taken the real RedJohn and replaced it with McAllister. It just doesn't add up. Take a look for yourself and tell me it doesn't seem fishy.

Besides in the next episode Jane is at peace but still seems like he has something on his mind. Maybe he knows he screwed up or maybe he knows that the pieces don't add up.

Please can you just answer something guys, I am just curious but here goes:

GREEN: I am happy with the ending to Red John and find Mcallister is a fine ending. I am looking forward to the side of the series.

RED: I want more explained and further episodes involving Red John, Heller didn't end it right and the red John theme should carry on somehow.

Thanks Guys :)

Dear Mr. Heller,

I don't like to be made a laughing stock in the media, especially by a seed eating, serial shitting pigeon. If you were a real writer and created instead of an unoriginal plot thieving fraud you wouldn't need to check the internet to see what my death has done to your beloved show's ratings.

P.S.
Just kidding. All I ask is you explain Red John's back story. Good luck.

In reply to Theory #16279

The main theme of the show was based on Patrick Jane's life, it was about "The Mentalist" and his path to get revenge on his familly killer, Red John. I guess it is wrong to say the main theme was based on RED JOHN, Red John was part of Jane's life and etc. Now we will just see a diferent chapter of Jane's life, of THE MENTALIST's life. The show is about Patrick, after all. Before anything, i am VERY disappointed with the Red John saga, the lack of explanations and etc.

Red John is dead. That chapter of Jane's life is over. Now we have to see how he moves on after finally getting his revenge. "The Mentalist's" life go on. We have TWO options.

1 - Stop watch the show.
2 - Accept the ending of RJ saga and watch Jane's new life.

In my case, i will do the 2.

Cheers.
