i noticed something in last episode that Lorelei Martins was shot in her left arm and when they found her body it appeared to me that her arm has no marks i believe that mean something and the meeting between Gale Bertram and Robert Kirkland make
Bertram a huge suspect as the guy in the force who know p.j moves all the time.
Bertram could be RJs brother - both quoting Will Blake could be due to a shared parent's love for the poetry?
we know Bertram is working with RJ because he asked Kirkland if Lisbon can be trusted (another suspect of mine) but if you listen carefully in the season 4 finale, when RJ says "you strung me along a good long while, well done" he sounds almost exactly like Bertram but I don't believe the show would use a character as big as him, and he just doesn't fit the expectations for RJ. he is defiantly an accomplice.
After last nights episode, we know that Bertram is at least working for Red John.
He is a white male
He is not fat or buff
He has easy access to PJ
He wants to know PJ's theories
He sook hands with PJ
He once called PJ the boy wonder ( PJs stage name) which is strange because PJ is a man
He used a William Blake poem.
Maybe it's Bertram.
Why else would Bertram have homeland work on it? He knows PJ was getting close. He sent Kirkland to make sure that Jane doesn't get on the ambulance with the guy Lorelei shot. And he killed off Lorelei so she won't tell PJ. She probably had a note or clue which he hid as well.

Remember Bertram saying this poem at the end of an episode, to Lisbon and LaRoche?
Here is what I think. Bertram didn't say this because he is a friend of Red John. He told this because he simply heard it from Red John, without actually knowing that the person is Red John.
In the last aired episode, they focused on Bertram and his poker thing. Bertram is stubborn, he has to win at poker. He can't even bluff, so there is no way he is Red John. Red John is a manipulator of mind.
He is also not Red John's accomplice. He would never be so foolish to reveal himself this easily by telling the poem.
He simply heard it and wanted to use it. Like an interesting word you recently learned and try to use it to impress people. That's what Bertram is, he learned the poem, found it cool and used it.
But, who told Bertram the poem? Was it a guy from his poker nights? Or a close friend?
I believe that this poem is not an office thing. You talk about stuff like that when you are enjoying your time, having a drink maybe. So my bet is Red John is a poker mate of Bertram. But this is because we dont know something else about Bertram's personal life. Could be something else too.

Why?
Because he said a poem of William Blake when this was unrelated whit the moment.
Because he cares about what said the TV journalists about him.
Because he said La Roche that Hightower was in a relationship whit the policemam.
Because he wanted that Jane returns to the CBI, but he wasn´t interested in Lisbon (when was evident that Jane jad been the guilty of all) so he was extremely interested in Jane back to work.
