I actually started getting paranoid about Bertram when he referred Red John's lines in S2, but the actions of Stiles makes me feel that it is indeed he who is the real Red John.
Stiles couldve told his disciple to go shooting the killer of his lover outside the CBI, and then when questioned, he could say he felt that was right as manipulated by Stiles...S3 E3

But there are other points that also make Stiles a lesser suspect. But Im jus pouring some extra juice into this investigation!!

He has such control over people and has all the resources he needs to be able to do a lot of the things the RJ does and gets away with.

i think its stilles in 03x03 when frye re-appears Patrick go to the house that stilles told him to go, he said "i know more than red john" so i think he has someone inside RJ force, but RJ doesn't realize that one of his close friends its a spy?, i dont think so, so the other posibility is that Stilles is RJ

I think that it is Brett, but Frye is involved somehow. Here are a few theories:
1: Maybe, Frye and Brett used to be lovers, but now they split up, and RJ is after Jane for revenge (although this isnt likely)
2: I dont think atall that Frye is dead (sorry cotdepalbo) and getting her back will be a really big part in RJ's plan. Maybe RJ is Jane's father, as he has many reasons, although I don't see what killing Jane's wife was for. Maybe he wants Jane for himself, and that is why he has taken Frye. (And killed Jane's wife)

Also, I think that it is possible that one of the team are involved, but I really hope not!!!!

I don't really think that I like Frye-she seems strange-and maybe if she is involved, that would give her and Jane a reason to split. I hope that happens because Lisbon and Jane belong together!!!!
