THE THEORIES

What is the point of another uneventful season? Why bother watching it?
Seriously the series finale will be a wedding..... I'm 100% sure. If there still is a red john optimist out there I'm advising you from now to not get your hopes up.

ok so I was watching the season 6 post RJ epis again for some fun (also I spot so much I missed in the first run always that its much fun)..so the art squad episode..fcrce when marcus pike is brought into the show..I Noticed that Jane persuaded Abbott into accepting the case..and Heller made it a point here..now he could be just throwing more red-herrings or it could be a coincidence or he could be insinuating something else or Jane could have sniffed it..you guys are a generously intelligent set..so ill leave it you ya..

QUESTION

In your opinion:

Which is the reason a lot of TV shows have crappy endings?
(ex. "LOST" , "Dexter" , "The Sopranos" , "How I Met your Mother" and so on)

P.S. 1:  You can add or disagree with some of my choices of course.
P.S. 2:
I didn't include "The Mentalist" because I don't know, we have a whole season ahead; things can happen.

So I am several seasons behind and just now catching up.  So while I am watching season 3, I see a particular episode where Gale Bertram quotes I believe it was Faulkner (some poet) at a crime scene.  This is a continuous theory and point for several episodes, about the "tiger, tiger" poem.  Now I am about halfway through season 4 and during the episode ( I think it's 16 -18)  Bertram talks to Lisbon asking for an update.  After she leaves, Kirkland emerges from a room behind Bertram. Kirkland asks Bertram if they think they can trust her; Bertram responds "can we trust anyone".  Now we know that there is a connection between Visualize and RJ and of all the connections, you never see Kirkland with any one of them.  However, this past episode, Behind the Red Curtain, Kirkland asks J. Lennon if he recognizes him and Lennon says no and even still, Kirkland kills him before Jane can even see him.

So either
1 )Kirkland and Bertram are confederates of Red John,
2) One of them is Red John OR
3) they are part of Visualize OR
4) they are part of an investigation into Red John.

Bertram I don't think is RJ simply because he is easily manipulated and not clever enough to be conscious of his own tells during a poker game.

Kirkland is an enigma and that is what I expect RJ to be.  Though I'm not completely convinced he's RJ.

Stay tuned....

i have avoided this one for a long time, but i really do think it warrants a deep thought.  i've seen a lot of tv/movies, and EVERY time that we as an audience are specifically told that someone is ASSUMED to be dead, but not PROVEN to be dead, that person ALWAYS turns out to be alive.

So if we are directly told to ASSUME that Micheal Kirkland is dead, then we must really ASSUME he is alive.  Is he RJ, possibly, or maybe an accomplice, or if RJ really did die, maybe his replacement.

Does he fit the profile of RJ????
Well his mama committed suicide and daddy was an abusive alcholic.  So mommy/daddy issues are there.  It is in his blood to torture as we witnessed his twin removing digits from suspects that wouldn't talk.  Could easily be a demented serial killer psychopath based on profiling.  Physical description and age seem to match the suggested details of the blind lady and shrink.

Are there significant clues pointing to him being RJ????
His brother was torturing people who he thought could lead him to RJ but he killed the one person that could lead him to RJ without even so much as removing a pinkie?  It would make a lot more sense for him to kill Lennon if he was Michael.  Bob would have questioned Lennon.
He, or Bob, was there from the beginning (meeting with Minelli in Red Dawn), even if via flashback episode.
The actor, Kevin Corrigan, was creepy as hell in the role of Bob so it would be great to see him back.
Michael could easily have used his borther's identity to get access to law enforcement stuff.

I am not completely sold, but this would go a ton further in making sense than Mcallister and the whole BA mess.  Even if they held firm with McAllister, this could bring back the angle and give him a legit sidekick to chase.  I just have to think this would be better than a season of poop and pacifier cases.
