I want to talk last season.
Can we assume its a fact that
Haibach did NOT kill Ardilles and La roche?
Nobody ever said he did anything besides kidnap Gvp
But he did that only after knowing he was A suspect in another case.
No way in Hell Haibach created the Cbi Hitlist, bugged everyone,
And stabbed Ardilles 100 times like a madman.
Haibach had no beef with Ardilles or La Roche.
In fact he didnt with Gvp either, he really only wanted to hurt Jane most of all.
So who killed Ardilles? And why? I believe him and La Roche were BA .
Only someone high up can bug people like that.

So who created this whole Haibach ordeal?
Did Jane mastermind this somehow? Placing notions on Lisbons head to go with her gut knowing she always hated Haibach. Maybe Haibach was hypnotized or hired to Kidnapp Gvp.
In return he can have his way with Jane.
Because Ardilles and la Roche were killed right away.
GVP AND Rigsbys house intruder shot to kill.
Haibach toyed and kepts Gvp for one purpose...to attract Jane!
That wasnt Haibach in Gvps House! That is a fact we know now so who the hell was it and how the heck did he miss an unarmed man with a baby not looking at him!
Who was he Kira Tinsley ?

The show after ep 8 is one word, ambiguous. They never answered who made the list or killed Ardilles or found any evidence that Haibach did it.
So this season, shits going down...

For shits and giggles, I took a look at some Gotham reviews [but have not watched the show nor will I ever -- I may not be able to stop the Mentalist addiction against my better mind, but I don't have to start another hellish Heller experience]...

and what I found is a recent article titled: "Gotham Should Be Renamed "The Penguin Show"  that goes like this...

SERIOUSLY?!  LMFAO...and I mean, LAUGHING...one year after Heller's PIGEON takes down a mastermind....he's got a new show with "Penguin" and his rival is..."Falcon?" And they meet in Falcon's chicken coop?  I have to say it again.....SERIOUSLY?!

Is Heller BIRD OBSESSED OR WHAT?!  And isn't Gotham supposed to be a Batman-less Batman story?  Clearly, "someone" is more interested in the BIRDS on this show than the BAT.

Been thinking about Lorelie and how she said Rj is just like Jane.
Macalister is so far from Jane its plain to see.
Someone else is out there that is just like Jane.

She also said Jane was just like Red John but in a nice manner.
No Lorelie sounded like she was talking about a man she knew personally, her Father.
She has major dad issues thats why she linked with Jane..
She went for a guy just like her dad.
Also everyone can see Lorelie is different from all of Rj followers.
She is trained and not a robot pawn.
Rj has used every follower of his in the show as a pawn thus far.
Leaving them to be killed...
