I've watched season 1,5, most of 2 and 4 and
I have no idea who this guy is ?
Who is he ? I've never seen him speak to the team or anyone ?
Jane and RJ is just like Gibbs with Hernandez in NCIS.
Hernandez murdered Gibbs family so Gibbs killed him, Abbey and the rest of the team, including the director ! found out that he killed him and THEY WERE OK WITH IT AS THEY KNEW HERNANDEZ HAD MURDERED GIBBS WIFE AND DAUGHTER.
RJ didn't just cause a car crash that killed janes family he butchered an 8 year old girl and her mother.
Seriously what is Lisbons problem with jane killing the man who slaughtered his family ?
I really hope that they don't pull what happens on every show where they find out who RJ is and there's no evidence linking him to any of the killings ect.
I hope that jane finds him about to kill Lisbon and they confront each other, fight and Janes kills him.
Is that McAllister with Bertram in Season 6 ?

Bret Stiles, Gale Bertram, Ray Haffner, Reede Smith, Robert Kirkland, Sheriff Thomas McAllister, Brett Partridge - One of them IS RJ. Its been confirmed by the creator and others.
Red John most likely has some kind of link to Visulize and is also well funded, he can pay for Limos, buying property and even a new life for Jane.
Smith and McAllister have not been in the series enough times to be the main bad guy, also Smith is fat, RJ isn't from what we've seen. If one of them was RJ it would be extremely disappointing.
Kirkland shook hands with Jane an episode before Lorelei told Jane they shook hands, she can't have expected them to become friends in one episode ?
Partridge and Jane do not get along, Jane insults him and calls him a ghoul and he also talks about murders that were not committed by RJ as if they were, RJ hates them.
With them eliminated i believe that RJ is one of these 3.
Brett Stiles.
Ray Haffner.
Gale Bertram.
And out of them i pick either Haffner, he has money, proven by offering Lisbon a job that had a huge pay check and he has his own agency and is an ex agent so would have loads of contacts.
But in a way i hope i'm wrong and when RJ is revealed its a total shock !!!

If Bertram was Red John then two things bother me.
1. Why didn't she kill Lorelei when she was at the CBI ? He would have had time and he couldn't risk her talking.
2. Would he have the time to be Red John ? I mean isn't someone going to notice the CBI director keeps going missing ? Red John was waiting around on a farm in season 1 finale and in the 4th finale he must have been somewhere alone to be speaking to Jane down the phone.
