To the person asking about time zones-- the first number is eastern, like New York. Zone lines run more or less vertical. Central Standard is around where Oklahoma is. It is 9:24 am now. So, 10/9c means 10 pm, (E), /9central. We get it here at 9 pm.
I saw the rough draft. Not bad and heartfelt. Yes, the voice looked dubbed, but our hero was smarter than the bad guy and won in the end, which is what we all want out of a story.
