The mentalist was the highest rated show in the world last year. I am mot surprised it got renewed and am HAPPY it did. I don't know if this means Red John is alive but i am almost sure were gonna get some plot holes filled.
The key to everything is Janes house and Styles and Haffner. I think one or both are still alive.
Jane was hypnotized that night. His memory stopped before the person screamed out and before the gunshot. Obviously Styles hypnotized him and that means Styles is alive.
Its no coincidence that we have gotten no insight into Visualize after their Jesus was killed.
They are saving it for the finale or next season and i cant wait.
Red john to me will always be a sect of Visualize who uses the power of the mind for evil. A sect who disagreed with Styles mantra and started their own. O and for the guy "profiler" who insists visualize has nothing to do do with Rj, remember the GIANT smiley face on the VISUALIZE barn? Yea.
Its curious that Janes list was a bunch of BA guys and two Visualize guys. I still contest Lorelie gave him that list in the dvd.

Me and redsi were talking about our Lorelie theories and honestly its the most intriguing stuff in the red john saga.

I wont get into it all but basically saying that red john guessed janes list by a simple parlor trick is such a cop out.
People make fun of me for studying facial expressions but non verbal communication is a HUGE part of acting especially this show. In "desert rose" watch Jane. When he reveals the dvd to Lisbon its like he A:hardly cares and B: was more interested in Lisbon's reaction then anything else.
Red John NEVER guessed Janes list because Jane never had a list of 7!
Lorelie gave jane the list! She was fbi or former fbi and most likely was killed or arrested by certain facets of the fbi.
She wanted to take down the BA. She led jane to them with HER list.
Jane used Lisbon to spring this all into action of golly gee it worked right! By lisbon putting trackers on the suspects this started EVERYTHING! Be real, we all know that Jane wanted and knew for a fact Lisbon would disobey him and track the suspects.
*Jane purposively was acting apathetic in order to drive Lisbon crazy and into action.
They key is Haffner and Styles. The gunshot was definitely for one of them, most likely Haffner. The "wait stop" came from reede smith who was facing Styles and Haffner. Maybe Haffner reached for the bomb behind him and Jane shot him? Idk but this scene is the key to EVERYTHING.
Two episodes left and honestly we only need a 15 minute explanation.

The guy answered yea, sex trafficers out of Dallas!!!! Thats insane to me and way beyond a coincidence.
Does this mean Wylie is the leader of the sex trafficers? Prob not but its still cool right?
It was weird how Wylie found the bow and arrow thing instantly but that may be nothing.
Wylie is a shady cat. He went from not being able to make a sentence to speeking perfectly fine am episode later.
The classic innocent dumb guy who could really be a genious mastermind.

Why did Red John "mark" Lisbon? I mean he chopped off Sophie Millers head and she was very close to Jane. And obviously he killed Janes whole family so why the soft spot for Lisbon?
To me, marking Lisbon means Red John claimed her as his own or his territory like a dog pissing in a specific spot.
Red John loved/loves Jane as Styles said. He ultimately wanted Jane to join him and thats why he kept Jane alive all these years. Over the years Red John only "worked" through Jane and seemed to have no other agenda rather than Jane. Macalister exhibited no signs of care or love for Jane in the church. He didn't ask him to join him or anything like that either. I believe Red John felt it would be more painful for him to actually steal Lisbon away from Jane. This Pike stuff raises too many Red Flags for me to think its just a little story line.
