Hi season 4 episode 7 the title was , (Blinking Red Light) at 12:49 , there was a Blinking Red Light that Van Pelt open it in Richard Haibach's house , maybe it was a clue that red john is Richard Haibach , and i think the reason why red john is always step ahead on jane is because red john has a Listening devices in the cbi and in jane's friend's phones and also in there cars including jane's car .
